Scuttle holes

In looking at the recent attached drawing of the TC bulkhead I came up with three questions. 1. There is a hole next to the Oil Gauge Line Fitting hole and above the Large Clip for Wiring Conduit hole that is not marked. What is that for? I have the hole but nothing in it. 2. My carpets are attached to the bulkhead via "Lift-A-Dots". The drawing does not show holes for the posts. Were the carpets attached to the bulkhead or did some previous owner do this on my TC? 3. I have the four bolt holes for the steering excluder retaining plate but mine are spaced more evenly around the main column hole. One is actually in the seam where the bulkhead and the footplate overlap. Is the drawing not accurate? David Edgar, TC 5108 El Cajon, California
