What is a drip arm, and if I buy one will the engine stop leaking? Or does
it just wipe up?

I think steering drip arms are what MG drivers who can't seem to manage a
Bishop Cam steering box are equipped with.

It's what is on the bottom of a Bishop Cam steering box with a bad bottom
seal.
