headlamp lenses

There are two early Lucas lenses for auction on ebay They are the ones for TCs through chassis # 1850. My questions is: Are these early lenses the same size and interchangeable with the catseye lenses put on later model TCs, or do they require special rims? Jim Shade West Covina CA

Who needs a set of the early U lens? The more curved ones; like the cats-eye.... Best Regards, Ray "Remember- It's the collision with the planet that counts!"
