Greetings all! Help please-just received TC 6391 instruments back from a restoration shop and the face color is a light pearl grey. TC 2937 and TB0437 and so does TD 8447 have instruments that are a silver metallic with a green tint to the face color and every other T Type instrument that I have seen has that appearance. Before I question these folks, need some confirmation of my opinion or is my vintage mind in the middle of Lake Michigan? Cheers! Bill Hentzen

I would describe my Arnolt as having light pearl grey, Bill......the TA is definitely green tint done by John Marks. I don't know who did the Arnolt instruments........but if you had a real car, they would be brown faced!! ;-) Terry

Bill: T type instruments came in several variations of green all the way to light blue, and shades in between. The person that did yours, picked a neutral color in between. That way all of her stuff will be easy to match. There was no exact color from the factory. Skip Kelsey...................................
