Dear all, Please excuse this unashamed advert but I wish to mention a metal finishing shop that may not be here next year, simply for lack of exposure: Fareham Electroplating, in Fareham, Southampton, UK (see the suppliers list). I have no commercial connection with them, but they are a small established (>20 yrs) family run business that I have used for all the rechroming on my TC. They specialises in metal finishes including chrome, silvering, nickel and others primarily for the yachting market, although I have seen pre-war rad shells there as well. I have found the prices to be very competitive, with good quality and turn-around times. For those of us in the UK, they are a company I can recommend. End advert!
