John:
It's easy to find the Naugahyde you need - go to the source.
This wonderful material comes from the skin of Naugas. They are a type of
animal that lives in the Himalayan mountains in Nepal. If you're ever
there mountain climbing, you may catch a glimpse of them. Naugas are pack
animals, and are generally found near other similar animals - the Spams and
the Lycras.
The hide from Naugas vary in color, depending on the age of the animal.
They start as a biscuit color, then change to a red, then to green. When
over 60 years old, they turn black.
