quite like the originals. The old ones are adjustable with a nut on both ends, one end being peened over to allow a limited movement. The new ones have something that looks like a nut this end, but it is a fake! The other end has threads for a securing nut. I went ahead in installed them, however, they seem to be quite soft. One of the nuts stripped quite easily. Actually, it never even felt tight. Has anyone else had problems with these. It seems to me that these should be made of a hard material, perhaps I should seek another supplier.>I recently replaced my King Pin Bolts. The new ones are not

Many kits these days just use bicycle cotter pins (which can be too short)
and are very soft.
However- There is good reason for the pin to be soft! -
Beware of Aircraft spec materials here - they will just
streach the Axle and burr the King pin so it will not be
removable without damaging the Axle eye.
