We are with you

Dear Friends,
We are horrified and disgusted with the horrendous
happenings at NY and DC. Please accept our heartfelt
sympathies from India. Everybody in Bangalore knows
some friend who worked in the Wall Street area and the
WTC. About 20 percent of those dead might be Indians.
We strongly feel that the fundamentalist who have done
this have links with the happenings in Kashmir. Its
about time that America joined hands with India to get
rid of this scourge. In most of the speeches we saw on
TV, we didn't find any reference to India as an ally.
Its absurd that the US should still be looking for
help from Pakistan, a military dictatorship that
harbours such terrorists. At least the bonds of
democracy should bind India and the US together.
Anyway, right now we must share the suffering of the
bereaved families. One billion Indians are with you.
Raghu

Raghu,
Thank you for your kind words and you re so right about the missing persons.
As I was driving into work the announcer was saying that although this we consider this an American tragedy, it s truly worldwide. These were the World Trade Center building that were hit and people from all nationalities are missing.
May God bless us all.
