MGTA
I know this must be "old-hat", but being a newly acquired 1936 MGTA guy and living on an island, I could use some expert advise. The problem is that I need leaded gas and all I can find is a "synthetic" additive. Will this mess up my valves? What is everyone else doing?
Thanks for any help....
Aloha

Use regular gas Larry and don't worry about it....you are not going to put
enough stress on that engine to harm the valve seats....unless it needs a
valve job anyway. When it does, have hardened seats put in and end of story.
Additives are a waste of money.
