Steering Wheel Color

Hello T-Men (& women),
My original TC steering wheel (black with chromed disc in the center) is
finally ready for painting. My question is what kind of "finish" should it
have? I.E: glossy black, dull black, "satin" finish (between glossy & dull)
or what?
