I would not ordinarily participate in sending bulk mailings to the "list", but I lost a 22 year old secretary to a drunk driver who had been arrested[i] [b]17 times [/b][/i]before he killed Laura, and his wealthy family bought him off each time. Finally, he went to jail for a [i]six-month [/i]term and was paroled. After his release, Laura's mother, on the verge of a breakdown, stalked him, found him in a bar, and had him arrested again when he got into his car drunk He had to finish serving his [b]three-year sentence, [/b]which was a joke. I am the 509 signatory to this, but I hope it has some effect.
