lacing 19" wheels

T-Typers, I am about to rebuild TC wheels. Does anyone out there know the correct offset for these? I will lay a straight edge across the back (side closest to car when installed) of the rim and use a metal tape to measure the perpendicular distance from the outside (away from car, where the knock off would go on) edge of the hub to the closest edge of the straight edge going through the hub. If there is an easier way to measure accurately, pass it on. If not I would, I would appreciate the correct measurement for above. thanks to all, Sherwood
