An 18" Wheel that fits TC's

Before I got my TC home I bought a wire wheel for it. I had it sandblasted,
primed and painted it. I went to mount a new 4:50X19 Dunlop it fell through.
Turned out to be an 18 inch not 19. Question is what is it from? The SA is
the only MG that I see listed as using this size wheel. Does anyone out there
need an 18"? Yes, when collected all the pieces for my TC all five wheels
were there. Bob TC4946

Bob
I once had a couple of 18 inch wheels and understood that they were from a
Riley, can't be certain of this though. Maybe a Riley man out there could
confirm or otherwise.

I believe the N Type used 18 inch wheels. Both my F Magnas came with non
original 18s. Center laced and side laced types mixed on each car. I'll be
looking for a correct set of side laced 19s one of these days.
The really good newsfor me at least, is that TC5905 just arrived here in
North Carolina from California after lounging for three months in Thomas
Sundays warehouse near Harrisburg PA (at my request and with no additional
charge) . Oddly, the warehouse is just a short distance from where I lived
when I bought the car in 1956. Goes around and comes around I suppose.
Regards, Dick

I once owned 1932 M type, and it had 18" wire wheels.
