TC XPAG Camshaft and Pistons

Can anyone advise on the best camshaft to fit to a TC XPAG engine. There seem to be a number of different types available. Valve timing and lift vary as well as material. Steel camshafts would appear to be better than Malleable cast iron. Advice on the best type of camshaft and a supplier would be much appreciated. I also want to buy a set of new standard bore pistons. My engine was fitted with split skirt pistons with 3 rings above the gudgeon pin and 1 ring below. I understand that a later modification was to use solid skirt pistons. Again advice on the best type and a supplier would be appreciated. Regards, Jim Chase
