Wilsons Sandbox

This is a question particulalrly to the people on the list in Germany. I beleive their is somebody in south-west Germany ( could be in Offenburg or somewhere else in the black forest) that does a.o. engine modifications like: installation of crank oil seals, compressors etc. I once met him but lost his name and address.
