Steering Wheel hub?

I recently sent my original TC steering wheel along with the part that fits on the splined section of the steering column to a southern California restorer. The business was not able to restore the steering wheel and promptly returned it to me, minus the part that attaches to the wheel to the steering column. I contacted them and it appears they lost it and have offered to replace it. Does anyone have one or know where I can get a replacement? Thanks- Alan Moote Oceanside, CA
