Friends, I apologise for hitting all of you with this, but there's no practical way for me to selectively reach those TABC members who might be able to attend. Here's the deal: Sunday of this week, (March 11) there is a really magnificent Concours being held on Amelia Island, just north of Jacksonville, Florida. The cars are there by INVITATION ONLY, having been selected as entrants by a panel of experts. Over 100 of the finest cars in the US, gathered on the practice fairway of a world-class golf course. (In a few more years, it will rival Pebble Beach) If any of you are already planning to attend the public show of the cars on Sunday, March 11, let's get together as TABC. I suggest that we rendezvous at the entrance to the show area at 1:00 pm. I will be wearing a light gray cap with a drawing of the radiator and headlights of a TC, and the words:"It's Better in an MG", and if the weather is warm enough, my TABC tee-shirt. It it's cold / windy, look for a black nylon windbreaker with a red MG emblem on the left front. The Concours has a nifty website at: www.ameliaislandconcours.org>> If you're interested in meeting, please drop me a line so I can be on the lookout for you. I'll also try to answer questions / give driving directions, etc. Regards to all, Carl Fritz
