At this stage I`ve almost got the project to a finished rolling chassis and

This is a return to TC motoring for me after an absence of about 40 years! I

world. I then got involved with Morgans and the TC shares the garage with a
Plus 4. The TC is perfectly standard apart from the usual steering box
replacement and was rebuilt in the early 90s. It has always been Clipper Blue with
biscuit upholstery and when I got it home it had virtually no oil pressure.
This I found to be caused by the replacement oil filter swelling and blocking
the exit hole. A new housing and filter with a wire cage surrounding the
cartridge has cured this. (TCs having oil entering from the centre and exiting
from the side of the filter create this possibility). I must say how much I
enjoy the T ABC site.

Sounds like John needs one of Bob Grunau's oil filter adapters that
sends the oil in the right direction through the filter. Don't know if
he ships to Australia though.
