Apparently the shirts had a large silk screened logo on the rear. I
don't have any contacts for silk screening, just embroidery which would
not be the best choice for a shirt logo this size. So maybe someone who
works with a silk screener will chime in and volunteer to take on the
project?

Not my cuppa but I'll go with the majority. The originals were a large four colour silk screened logo on the back of a cream coloured golf shirt. That's what I have (though it is currently 'see through') and that's what I'd prefer. Embroidered logos are rather small, bulky and tend to shrink at different rates from the underlying garment. Just my two pence worth.

May I suggest, that when the design is completed we get some made in Europe to save postage and duty costs. I also think postage to Australia may be cheaper from the UK but stand to be corrected.
