BlankHi TC fans,
I have a problem with the starter switch on the TC and I understand there is a contact replacement
kit available. They do not list it as being available in the Moss catalog, they do list a
replacement switch for $50, but would like to repair the original if possible. Does anyone on the
list repair these?

BlankHi T lovers,
I am putting the original reflectors and the cat's eye lenses back in the headlights and there
are little metal ends that fit on the ends of the wires and then are pressed in the bulb holders
connections. I need these metal ends. I looked in the Moss Catalog and there is an item called
"bullet connectors" . Are these what I need? If not where can I get the correct connectors?

I have recently fitted high profile tyres to the 16 inch rims of my TC and
am interested to compare the
circumfence of these compared to the standard tyre on a 19 inch rim.
Could some kind soul please measure their 19 inch tyre cicumfrence for me ?
Thanks

Hi from the UK,
My TA (0822), which I purchased in July this year, had a reconditioned engine fitted in 1966 which is shown as an addendum on the plate under the bonnet and in the log book as XPAG/A81366 with a note saying 'TC engine'.
I can find no reference anywhere to this type of number it normally being shown as XPAG/..... and, to add more confusion the red rocker cover has 12 etched on it which was to my knowledge a later TD valve setting and never a TC.
The engine was rebuilt a couple of years ago and I have now got it running really well at speed but it does spit, miss and cut out at low revs and actually runs quite hot.
The tappets are set at around the .012'' mark but I am wondering if it should be nearer .019''.
Any thoughts on the engine number and the tappet settings?
Best Wishes,
Dave Bradley.

BlankHi Gang,
I'm in need for a reflector for my cat's eye lens , 8" I think that needs to be resilvered. I
sent mine to Steve's in Portland but one of my originals has a small crack in it and he is afraid to
solder it due to the extensive buffing will melt the solder,
Anyone in the USA got one?
