A number of years ago I made a simple bracket which clamps on the spare
tire. It provides a place for my extra brake light, extra turn signals and
parking lights and for the CB antennae. The entire unit is connected with a
plug in connector so that it can be quickly removed if some purist objects.
If any one is interested I can send a photo off list. Jim

The adventure continues...............I just tonight got a battery into TC
28550 and tied some lights. Oh well, one of the map light bulbs is out. How
does one replace the lamp? What is its modern number? Thanks, Tom, TC2850.
partially assembled

Hi Tom,
The map reading lamp cover can be just pulled out to get access
to the bulb. It is the normal 12V single film bulb. Check up the flimsy
switching function before inserting the bulb and cap.
