Dear Lads & Lassies;
From personal experience in driving a1969 Karmann
Ghia Convertible, that VW Oil/Grease lasts forever in the steering box. Of
course that grease is what we use in our VW / MG steering box comversions.
No Leaks. Obtainable at your friendly VW dealer.
Tally Ho!

Re: TC steering box leak
I've also seen testamonials for this stuff: http://www.9gwoman.com but
I've never tried it as I had already used the Penrite when I heard about
it. Seems a little pricey to me though.

When we got it it came in a handy squirt bottle and we warmed it up and it
flowed nicley. I think it is a good product and worth looking into.

Re: TC steering box leak
All I used to do was mix up a bit of grease with some 140 grade oil, works
like a treat
