Frame Level

Hi, Make a copy of the drawing and draw a line at the point where the tires are flat (think there is one already) and measure the distance between it and the frame. It appears to be level until the forward part of the scuttle where it sweeps up over the front axle.  I'd say it sits level. It should afterall.
