that could be used as a substitutewww.s-v-c.co.uk/ and looking at the "Other Products" menu. The lights shown at the top of the page look very much like the lights we use on the TC. Regards, Gene

Hello Eric, Good point! Lots of repros I've seen are very different to the originals; OK on casual inspection but........ Watch out for the radius of the section of the chrome bezel! (If you know what I mean!) It's the same problem -but different - with the ignition switch and the small gauges. I suspect that Joe Lucas and Smiths sub-let the supply to various companies who pressed what they thought was the best looking radius. They should all match the dashboard centre panel edge, of course! I think that there's a graduate thesis here somewhere! Eric Charles McLennan, here in Melbourne, makes reproduction fuel indicator lamps. They look original when mounted on the dash but have a solid brass body instead of the thin sheet tube on the original. The globe holder is a modern one. The lense lettering is a very good reproduction of the original. These have the word "fuel", not the earlier "pet". I don't have his e-mail address with me but can provide contact details if you're interested. Mark Jablonski Melbourne Australia
