It doesn't meet the requirements of the Uniform Motor Vehicle Code, which I think all states follow now. However regulations for historic and antique vehicles vary widely from state to state. The TB did NOT have the solenoid, the lamps, rims, lenses, and wiring were NOT the same as the TA or TC ...this info. is in the factory parts book ! Cheers, John J.G. Bulcken IV TB#0398
