To our English friends: All ,Americans, and I assume other Nationalities, feel a sense of horror and great sympathy for the victims of today's events in London, not forgetting our Spanish cousins. As a New Yorker, I also feel a bond with the English people. Where does the Muslim communality stand on this issue? Are we not all human beings who should do onto others as we would have them do onto us? While intellectually I understand that terrorizing the populace is a tactic of war, what the hell war are the innocent victims of 9-11, commuters in Spain and/or today's savaged innocents involved in? Is the veneer of civilization so thin that barbarians are ignored? Disarm, detain, isolate or kill the bastards.
