Fog lamp FT27

I have just aquired most of an original foglamp for my 1947 TC. Can anyone help with detail or photographs please. There is no rubber weatherseal around the glass or rim - should there be? Also I need detail of the fixing bolt for attaching to the badge bar. I have a drilled bolt, cup which locates with the bolt, a spring washer and a nut. Should there be anything else? Thanks. Bill
