1948 MG TC For Sale

I have been contacted by a woman in New York City who has her deceased father's car for sale. It is apparently in good running condition. She sent me a scanned photo which tells me the car is BRG with lighter green upholstery and looks nice, but not restored (she confirmed that over the phone). The Vin number is (to the best she can remember) TC 6773 which puts it's manufacture during October 1948 and according to our register places it between Jack Emdall's and Rick Storm's cars.
