450/19 wheel offset

Can some one help me with the correct wheel offset for the TC 450/19 wheel? Thank You

Mark, Are you lacing a wheel? If you site across the rim, horizon to horizon, the outer-most ring of spoke holes on the hub should be split on that line. Bill Traill TC5221
