Thanks, problems solved

Dear chaps, thanks to everyone who gave me advice reg. the handbrake return-spring (yes, it is the spring) and on the front-axle. Reg. the front-axle - with the axle installed the wrong way round and the caster shims backwards the car was still running absolutely straight and the steering was very good (for a TC...), but as Bob Grunau pointed out: "two wrongs almost make a right". Lets see the the difference with the correctly installed front-axle when TC 9027 is back on the road. Once again, thanks to everybody who replied so quickly. Best wishes, Peter "Banjo" Meyer TC 9027, 1949 Morgan +4, 1965 TR 3A, 1959 Rilye TT Sprite Special, 1935 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
