Fuse size?

Post by rmeismer1@aol.com » Sun Jun 02, 2002 6:29 pm

Can someone tell me what size fuse to use in my 1947 TC? The TC has (2) 35 amp spares, a 25 amp on the left and a 30 amp on the right side. From M.G.( Meismer's Garage) Rolland Meismer Burlington,Iowa U.S.A. 1946 TC #3409--1951 TD #5522 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

Rolland: Use a 17 amp USA rated slow blow fuse in both locations. If you are using genuine Lucas fuses, they should be rated at 35 amps. Don't confuse the two. Lucas fuses are rated and labeled differently than US fuses. Blake
