facia

Post by ssuklis » Sat May 25, 2002 6:38 pm

..To just one side of ABC's for a second....For anyone who happens to additionally own an earlier right-hand-drive TD, I now have a newly- completed facia made of solid Brazilian Zebrawood to fit, should you need one. That's what happens when one fails to pay attention and bevels the top of the facia on the wrong side. Ssuklis

Just so you don't feel too bad, I ordered several TC car bodies and a TD body from England several years ago. Totally forgot to tell the supplier we wanted a LHD TD body. So, you guessed it, the TD body received was RHD and I had to get a LHD inner dash panel made for the customer. The RHD dash panel was donated to a friend who was taking his LHD TD to Australian and needed to convert the car to RHD. And that's what happens when you don't pay attention to the driving side of the car.
