Moss Bradford - (bradford@moss-europe.co.uk)

Dear Faithful: Restoring a TA often involves locating rare parts. I am happy to report to the list that I have had excellent service and technical support from Carl at Moss Bradford, which is part of the Moss Europe group. In addition to delivering parts in their catalogue, he has also been an excellent resource for those not normally carried. He even delivered TA valve guides and T chassis rivets when all the other sources drew a blank. Carl is very knowledgeable on T-Types and has made several recommendations which have been useful. For those of you in the US, the prices, including shipping, are competitive with those from other US sources, i.e., outer laced wire wheels work out to $180 versus $300. If you are shipping to the US, I have been advised to request that the package be marked "Auto parts for automobile manufactured more than 30 years ago" to have nominal customs. Also, I have noticed many inquiries on the list for spares that are already in the Moss-Europe catalogue entitled MG 'T' Type Sportscars 1936-1955. I would encourage anyone with a T-ABC to have one their catalogue on the shelf even if only as a reference. One of these days, I will discover Carl's full name, and then all will be complete. I hope this proves to be helpful. Kindest regards and yours in happy MG motoring, Alan Campbell
