scape heap

Post by rameismer@aol.com » Sun Nov 04, 2001 7:34 am

With the talk of restoring TC to keep them off the scrape heap, has anyone ever come up with the number of TCs that are still left of the original 10,000 made? Also has anyone a list of all known TCs , I know that there are a number clubs that keep lists of menbers cars. It would be great if we had one place to find information on our cars. Perhaps this would be something that this group could start, unless it is already out there. Rolland Meismer T.C. #3409--T.D. #5522 Burlington, Iowa

Skip Burns had been working on a list for the TB...it would be interesting to know about the TA and TB survivors also ! Perhaps all the early T type owners just need to be found and recruited to the TABC list ASAP...a daunting task to be sure. Cheers, Crystal and John J.G. Bulcken IV TB#0398

Last time I talked to Skip, he was talking about selling his TB. He had a lot of good records that perhaps he could be talked into sharing in the archives, along with photos. Skip, you still out there? Best, Ray

Badger, "Scrape heap" is what you find yourself in once you have totally taken your car apart and suddenly realize you have no idea how you are going to put it back together. Doug TC 5850

Rolland, Great idea! I've frequently wondered myself in the odd idle moment, and I suggest that this list would be a good place to start. David Lodge rameismer@aol.com wrote:
