Chris The threads are 1/4 BSF at the rear and 5/16 BSF at the front. Rear screws 1/2" or 5/8" long are OK. They are set screws, not bolts, meaning that the thread runs all the way to the head. There are plenty of suppliers of BSF fasteners, Namrick in Brighton is one. The original screws at the rear cylinders had small heads but standard-head BSF set screws fit perfectly well. When you change the cylinders, make sure that you use some "red rubber grease" [Lucas part] around the rubber boots to reduce the amount of rust-inducing moisture which enters the cylinder/piston area from the outside air.
