Ours is a Snap-On which when last seen in the catalogue was in the 200.00 dollar ranges (OUCH) but I got one from Sears years ago and it was reasonable. I suggest a trip to a "Real" auto parts store. QRe: [mg-tabc] (unknown)
The "Workin' mans Friend" catalog-.... JC Whitney, has a good 5 or six to choose from, and as I told Dick, a neat telescopic toe-in measuring tool- for around $20. they must be the last remnant of the non-computerised auto generation. Quality is certainly good enough for the occasional purpose, and sometimes surprising better than expected. Regards, Mark TC8126 PS- Many thanks to all that helped square up my body angle at the backboard problem. The answer to the puzzle was not to pre-drill the body angle mounting holes on the backboard according to sherryl...Some DO measure his 9.25" up from the bottom, but mine and several other listers came in at 9.50". Hence my 1/4" too low sceanario. Live and learn!
