Jeff The tunnel first, then the floor boards, and then the rubber housing. It has been some time, but if I remember right, and I do not know on the short and long screws (bolts), on the tunnel the heads are out at the rear, and there is a washer on the wood side. On the front, as I remember it, the bolts go thru the rubber, with body washers under the heads. The rubber housing is held down to the floor boards with round headed, slotted wood screws, with a small, steel washer, under the heads, I found the screws on my car were brass, Al Moss corrected me once before, and said they should be round headed steel screws, hope that helps, if you need more info let me know Cheers Dean Illinois

Jeff After thinking about what you wrote, I realize what is meant by the counter sunk washers, they go under the bolts (screws) that hold the floor boards to the angle iron rails that is located under the tunnel, and also the floor boards to the toe plate, (fire wall) at the front of the floor boards, I would guess that your short screws go in the front, and the long ones along the side, what ever works in this case Cheers Dean
