RE.tonneau pegs

Post by Reinoud Mantel » Sun Apr 01, 2001 3:12 am

Hans,
My very original TC (never restored before exept for someone who has tryed to paint it red) has 9 pegs in total.
Three in front, one on the door and two above the rear wheel.
The one just behind the mirror and the one left and right are the same as on the fotograph of Fred R. Glahe. The two left and two right between them are missing (also no holes)
Than I have one on each door exactly 6 cm in front of the upper hinge (center to center) , and one cm beneath the top of the pin.
Than I have two left and two right above the rear wheels. The last one is situated 24.3 cm in front of the back of the tonneau and 1.5cm beneath the edge of the metal, the second one 24.7 cm in front of the first one (center to center)and 1.8cm beneath the edge of the metal.
I think at the back there are missing a couple.
