TABC'ers: To snug or not to snug that is the question. Dean's order of assembly is the most logical. The facts that Charles's vehicle came sans the bit ( and his replacement slipped about anyway), has all left me in the quandary: to snug or not to snug! Looking at all the facts submitted, and being as how I am not a "concours-man", I think I'll employ Viv's course of action. The difference being, I won't have to do any adjusting, for shows. As long as it ( the snug ) keeps naughty bits from fouling-up the shifter mechanism, I'll be content. It appears that screwing the cover to the floor boards was done originally but in replacing this item the latter is a matter of preference. That too will be taken under consideration. Once again I say, cheers to all: Respectfully: Jack Emdall, TC # 6768.
