Can anybody give me quick and dirty description of getting into the wiring connections on the instrument panel? My instrument panel lights are on/off/on/off depends on the day and the phase of the moon. Probably a ground connection, but need to get at the wires. Where to start? Robert P. Wichert P.Eng.
