Alan,   The Dual Sport News was sold by Toby Lampson to Carl Parker about ten years ago or so.  Carl changed the name of this magazine to Adventure Motorcycle and is still running this publication as far as I know. http://adventuremotorcycle.com/   Hope this helps, if you have any specific questions let me know and I ll see if I can answer them.
