No No No No... Here's the hot ticket... http://www.salvagebikesauction.com/vehicle_detail/Salvage-2013-KTM-690+DUKE-for-Sale/lot-24618456/Brighton-Colorado/id/1/pg/1 Why not keep it a thumper and add about 40 HP? On 6/29/2016 2:09 PM, 'Eddie' edgyver40@... [DSN_KLR650] wrote:

I would love the KLR with the Versys 650 motor

08 with blown head for sale as donner bike

Post by skypilot110 » Mon Jul 04, 2016 9:11 pm

I blew the head on my 08 last November. The clock shows 17k but it probably has another 1000 on it because I blew the speedo cable a few years ago in Canada and didn't replace it until I got home.

If someone with a crashed 08 or newer wants a donner bike to put their head on then make me an offer. The title is clean and from CT where the bike is.  If nobody wants the whole package I will start listing parts on ebay in about 2 weeks. All postings will be announced here too.

I have a 2011 I just road back from Vegas last week so I am giving up on the 08 and moving on. The Tardis is dead, long live Fu Manchu!
