I’ve been tweetied.  Instead of slicing open the muffler baffle, I’d like to remove it.

I saw several years ago where they took a hole saw and cut the baffle out of the exhaust, leaving the spark arrester, then welded a larger pipe outlet in place.  Does anyone know where that was?

If I remember, it was text with pictures.  It also gave a list of tools and parts needed to complete it.

If anyone can point me too that, I’d appreciate.

That’s the one I was looking for.

 

I knew I’d seen it before, but then couldn’t find it.  Clean repair to tweety without removing the spark arrestor.
