It's a ROL Manufacturing number EG24648001 which fits a bunch of Hondas and other cars. Here's an O'Reillys link which shows applications: http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/ROL0/EG24648.oap?pt=02411&ppt=C0022 Exhaust header to head flange gasket: ROL Manufacturing EG24648001 fits many Hondas and others according to O'Reillys link: http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/ROL0/EG24648.oap?pt=02411&ppt=C0022
Gasket is round so needs to be oval shaped by standing on edge and tapping with hammer. https://www.dropbox.com/s/akhyu7lxg49co77/ROL%20EG24648001%20Exhaust%20gasket%20formed%20from%20round%20to%20oval.jpg?dl=0
The gasket is round so needs to be stood on edge and formed to oval for the end of the header pipe. I bumped it gently with a hammer, turned and bumped again, then repeated until it was formed. I haven't installed one as yet but looks 100%.
Cost was about $1.80.
