Also, with the so many interchangeable parts for so many years, nothing else approaches
the low cost of operation of a KLR650. Yeah it needs 6 gears and to lose 50 lbs...but, an
aftermarket exhaust used or new gets it on the road to dieting fast...KTMs cost twice as much
and also need to be tweaked away from stock. Honda XL or XR, your filings loosen after being
on the fwy an hour.
