replacement radiator - alternatives?

Put the bike down hard a couple of times on the weekend and the radiator took the brunt of one of the falls so it looks like I'm in the market for a new one. Does anyone have any recommendations over the stock radiator? More durable, better cooing performance, etc.? I probably should invest in some engine guards too at some point if I'm going to keep riding like this. :)

Thanks Jeff. I'm in Canada, so shipping back a forth to Utah may not be worth the expense but I'll look into it.

If you are in Canada or Pacific North-West, US, he may be a good alternative. Norm, thanks for the more local alternative for repairs, I'll definitely look into that too.
Thanks also for posting the photo of your side impact protection - I might have to do the same!
Forgot to mention in my original posting that my bike is a Gen2 but that doesn't make any difference for any of the suggestions so far. To be honest, I haven't even pulled things apart yet to see exactly where / how bad the problem is, I just know that it was spewing fluids on my ride home and I had to top up regularly. I'll try to get it apart tonight.

One additional point.You need to 'carefully' = thoroughly exam your radiator fan and make sure it has complete clearance on the turning fan blades; against the radiator itself and the protective fan-cage.yes Virginia, it is the voice of experience, uh, bad experience. as a side bar comment--I suggest--anything that can be damaged should be protected/armored if you are going to ride your bike like it was a 'combat' bike.That also comes with the understanding, that not every 'fall', impact, or dirtnap is survivable without damage; but armor will help.Eyeball the USMC KLR and see what they have done. Yes, it is a Gen 1, but it is quite telling what they have done to protect it. I am going to suggest (as other have already)--Side protection bars or a 'aftermarket' gas tank will largely prevent your current problem from occurring again. I sustained $30K +, physical damage in a simple rotation over the handle bars while riding a heavily armored bike; the bike, did not sustain any appreciable damage that a big Crescent wrench could not tweak back into place. Did I really say a simple rotation over the handle bars? uh, 13 days in the hospital and 14 weeks healing. The deputy that looked at my bike, thought I was a 'big story-teller' that a tipover could cause so much physical damage and the bike so little. m1.

re; rear brake squeal revisited replies

Thanks to Jeff and Fred for their replies. I pulled the caliper to lube the caliper mounting pins, but there seemed to be no point to it, as they moved easily, smoothly and freely with no binding whatsoever. Also their rubber boots were intact and in seemingly perfect condition. Instead I cleaned and lubed the pins that the pad rides on. While I was at it, I recleaned pads and disc with brake cleaner, and sanded the pads again. This seemed to fix it, we'll see.
