galaxy s-5 & off wifi storage???? (nklr)

For storing web pages for later OFF the WIFI & DATA usage. I remember being told I could open a web page (News articles, etc.) and and SIMPLY drop the artical/pages into?? (I thought he called it "Pocket" a "free" app.)
For Later reading, when not near free wifi etc. or using cell "data". or just to save in general.
