Do the added blades cool better? Low speed single track mine can barely keep up with the temp.

The Ninja EX500 fan is a two wire fan, vs the KLR 3-wire fan. "I believe" the KLR third wire is an additional, more-positive ground, directly from the motor to frame. I don't have the experience, but "I believe" it will work just fine without it. (I bought the fan assembly for the fan blade--and now have a spare motor.)   You will see that the ninja fan is 8 blade vs the KLR 6-bladeed fan. . The bolt and radius of the fan are =, so it bolts right in. It will give you a smiley face all over again. I think the OEM price for the entire KLR assembly is $385, so $26 is looking pretty good!

I haven't verified the info but believe it to be correct.

Relay is under the tank. replacement part is available from Auto Zone, Advance, etc.

after having 2 kawasaki fan relays fail on the trail, i now carry a spare. toyota part #90987-02004-83 is identical to the stock part and costs $12.84.
