need help again, one more issue

And to any who have ever taken a wheel in to a shop for a tire change, make sure you remove the spacers first.
Had a customer once bring his rear rim to us for a fresh tire in prep for a track day. After he left, we were horrified to see a wheel spacer stuck to the centering cone on the balancer.
Luckiliy, we had his cell # on the work order and he turned around and came back.

Likely the most common cause.
