Yes, Jeff.  We went through this months ago.  I found all of your pictures and based on the complicated nature of the ting, I bought a brand new one.  The whistling doesn't cause any problems.  The engine doesn't stall or stumble.  It just whistles. What I can't figure out is why, for the love of money, it continues after I open the cap and reclose it WITH THE ENGINE OFF!!!!! Robert P.
